ABOUT RLC STRATEGIES
RLC Strategies was founded in 2016 by Neal Bland to solve a universal problem: organizations rise or fall based on the strength of their people at every level. The firm focuses on developing leaders, improving culture, and building training systems that work for frontline teams, middle management, and senior executives alike. Leadership isn’t a title — it’s a teachable skill.


ABOUT NEAL BLAND
Neal has a unique ability to take complex layered information and make it teachable, memorable, actionable, and repeatable.  

Over and over, regardless of industries, settings, and cultural divides - this ability translates, and it always works.


Neal is a leadership and training strategist with experience spanning agriculture, pharmaceuticals, retail, non-profits, brand development, and real estate. He has led large operational teams, developed software solutions, written and developed training plans from nothing but a concept, supported and trained national sales forces, coached executives, built volunteer organizations, and developed first-time supervisors into confident leaders.


His eclectic and varied background allows him to connect with both the boardroom and the break room — and to design training that works whether the audience is front-line staff, specialized professionals, medical providers, or a C-suite team. 

His core belief: people don't care what you say - they watch what you do.  So model well.  Neal helps organizations design programs to do just that - model well.
